Sales Performance Manager M/F

Job Purpose/ Role Reporting to Ingenico B&A Executive Vice President Europe, Middle-East and Africa, as Sales Performance Manager your role is to notably ensure that the B&A Sales plan is delivered.

Job Purpose/ Role Reporting to Ingenico B&A Executive Vice President Europe, Middle-East and Africa, as Sales Performance Manager your role is to notably ensure that the B&A Sales plan is delivered. You are in charge of fostering profitable growth through sales performance monitoring and analysis via KPIs. You make sure sales team are accurately using the CRM Sales force.

Key Responsibilities

  • Regular BU Steering - Dashboard production and analysis action plan definition and tracking
  • Regular BU Steering - Leverage and / or Organize Major accounts reviews and follow-up on optimization action plans
  • Strategic Dialogue / Planning Dialogue contribution (targets definition, pre-analysis)
  • Sales governance through Opportunities reviews
  • Implement performance management through KPIs for your scope of Markets , and foster profitable growth identifying and tracking optimization action plans
  • Provide KPIs analysis and identify and implement optimization action plans
  • Support Sales governance to improve Ingenico B&A sales efficiency
  • Animate sales by highlighting improvements, shortcomings and evolution in the use of Sales Force

Key Requirements/ Skills

  • Finance degree / Data analytics
  • 5+ years’ experience
  • Strong experience in Salesforce
  • Managing finance third party/ planning & reporting skills
  • Experience in Sales & Distribution: focus on evaluation and measurement
  • Experience in Project Management and Portfolio Management
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to foster relationships with peers and other functions
  • Strong ability to understand trends and challenges and formulate recommendations
  • Comfortable in a changing environment, where reactivity to short-notice requests is expected
  • Highly motivated, dynamic, autonomous and team player
  • Fluent in French & English
